  • I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOU WITHOUT EXPLANATION IF YOU ACT SUSPICIOUSLY

  • CAN DO: furries, mecha, humans, fanart, animals, realism, ref sheets, meme redraws, suggestive art (please be 16+ for that)

  • EXPLICIT NSFW INFO ON REQUEST

  • NO NFT/AI TOLERATION HERE

  • payment is via Paypal (if you have an account or are comfortable sharing your email address. I will not hold on to any information or use it in any way) or Ko-Fi. I do not have any other forms of payment.

  • I require full payment before starting. If you are uncomfortable with that, we can discuss half payment before, and half after I send the sketch.

  • after the money is sent, refunds will not be available, no matter what. please be aware of this.

  • I will give as many written updates on your art as I can, but cannot promise any date that is too soon because I have a busy life, but I will get it done within two weeks. feel free to ask for updates as often as you wish.

  • I will update you as soon as I can if any personal matters may affect the speed of your commission.

  • after you confirm the sketch, only minor changes are allowed without extra payment (ie: small designs, colours, faces,). major changes after the sketch will cost you (ie: large designs, poses, characters,)

  • I hold the rights to my artwork, so I am allowed to share it where I wish (unconditionally) and use it to promote myself (unless otherwise agreed).

  • you are allowed to use it to decorate your non-business account (preferably with credit) and share it (with definite credit)

  • making money off of my artwork without my explicit permission is copyright infringement. sharing my artwork as your own is copyright infringement. removing my signature is copyright infringement. inputting my art for use with/training of any AI or related services is vile and is copyright infringement.

  • you may buy the commercial rights to the artwork, but that will cost extra (to be discussed upon request).

  • thank you for supporting a real artist and a young artist, you’re pretty cool.
